BRICKELL CITY CENTER (BCC) is Miami’s largest mixed-use urban development. This new symbol for the city’s future is a landmark $1.05 billion, 5.4 million square feet project, strategically located in the center of Brickell financial district, which includes: three residential towers, two hotels with serviced apartments, a wellness center and two high-class office buildings; all this happening above three levels of luxury retail and entertainment over four city blocks.

BRICKELL CITY CENTER is all about innovation, connectivity and sustainability. The project’s design introduces innovative and unprecedented elements that integrates the city into itself and vice versa: a below-grade parking under Brickell’ streets, which allows to create an on-grade shopping center that flows freely from block to block; a 150,000 square foot elevated trellis composed of steel, fabric and a continuous glass surface –denominated as CLIMATE RIBBON-, which protects visitors from inclement weather, captures sea breezes to regulate air flow and temperature, collects rainwater for reuse, and allows visitors to enjoy natural light in an open air experience; and a design that interconnects with Miami’s extensive transportation infrastructure.

BCC was designed to reflect the urban vibrancy, diversity and rich culture of Miami. Furthermore, the project connects different aspect of modern-day lifestyle, for the project was envisioned to be an urban core that elevates the neighborhood’s already impressive reputation to a new level, providing exceptional new spaces to live, work, shop, play and relax.
